Shareholders’ Meeting

The Shareholders’ Meeting is the collegial body that expresses the will of the Shareholders, approves the financial statements, appoints the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, and passes resolutions on matters reserved for it by law, legislative regulations, and the Articles of Association.

The Shareholders’ Meeting is the institutional venue where dialogue and discussion between the shareholders, the Director and management take place.
